I started my fitness journey in November 2015, and at that time I wasn't consistent. In December 2015, I ran into Stephanie at the gym and committed to a schedule to workout with her. As a personal trainer and friend, Stephanie is an awesome motivator and very encouraging! She has helped me achieve my goals by challenging my eating habits and incorporating running. The best part of it all is that Stephanie genuinely cares about her clients and it's not just about numbers, it's a lifestyle.
Stephanie is truly a blessing and an amazing trainer. She is super passionate about her God-given gift to challenge you for change. Her training style really resonates with me. She doesn't push you but she does challenge you. Stephanie makes me feel comfortable where I am in my health and fitness journey. She is committed to not allowing me to remain in my comfort zone but kindly nudges me to challenge myself - each session I always walk away doing more than I ever thought I could :)

Joining Stephanie’s 5am MWF class was unquestionably the best thing I did for myself this year. The increase in energy, the improved muscle tone and the routine it has established have been some of the benefits of having regular sessions with Stephanie. Her workouts are always challenging, fun and varied. Her enthusiasm and belief in me (without pushing) make her an excellent trainer. The sessions have good music, laughter and results!
